We offer no assurance the the items or services purchased will remain active at all times, and we also do not guarantee up-time of the game to use said items. Items purchased in the game are considered digital purchases, and are not physical items. As such, any purchase made has no guarantee or warranty of any kind. If you are banned from the game, or if your account is closed out or you violate any of the rules or ToS, all of the money you have spent in the game is also 100% non-refundable. We do not tolerate any forms of cheating or the like, and it does not matter if you are a paying member, or someone who spends money to support the game. Your purchases are non-refundable; even if you are not banned or don't violate any rules or anything in our Terms of Service, the 100% non-refundable clause is still valid against all transactions site-wide.

Much of the characters artwork is found free online, and is copyrighted respective to their owners and creators. We do not claim any liability for use of these images, and will take them down at the request of the original copyright holders (contact admin@biltjuv.se if you'd like your images removed). If no contact is made to this e-mail address to request any image removal, then no images will be removed, and you will void yourself of any legal action (as you are in non-compliance with requesting a take-down) You must also be able to provide proof or evidence of said ownership for images to be removed from the game.
